Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Does CRAFTD jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, every piece comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry fades, breaks, or tarnishes, we will replace it free of charge.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
