Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original CRAFTD pouches and box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
